Does Type Really Matter? That was the question on my mind entering in this project. As designers, we are taught the importance of clear and legible typography and this was an expectation that I wanted to question and subvert.

Through collecting and curating different typographic samples from rave, car and fashion magazines I created these bright, vivid and pattern-like compositions. This was a means of drawing the viewers eye in with typography, but without communicating anything, just typography for the pure enjoyment and appreciation of it.
